Have you ever heard about Erasmus in Schools? It is a Social Erasmus cause implemented by ESN International(ly) and it gives the students studying abroad a chance to visit local schools.

There they can talk about their country or the country they were on exchange. They will have the chance to inform pupils of all of the opportunities the Erasmus+ program offers while still in High School as well as during University time and afterwards (i.e. ErasmusMundus)! At the same time, it gives local pupils the opportunity to get a first-hand experience with the other existing cultures in Europe. This creates cultural awareness among them, and debunks stereotypes! We are seeking volunteers who would like to take part in the project.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to get closer to the local communities you live in and to promote your home country/exchange country, its unique culture, and traditions. Looks good on your CV too, as you will have the chance to participate in a project known across Europe and get involved with the ESN section of your time abroad! If you are interested, please send us an email at iesn.uofg@gmail.com.
