It’s that time of the semester with all of the deadlines and typical Glasgow weather, so why not come and unwind with some free yoga?
As part of Health & Well-Being Week organised by ESN International, ESN UofG are hosting a 1 hour yoga and meditation session! We’ll be shown some moves to relax and relieve stress by the fantastic Bhakti Yoga Society, who host regular events on campus.
Please bring a towel or yoga mat to practice, and some comfortable clothes. The session is completely free and open to anyone, no need to sign up!
